Which HDR formats does Nitra support?

Nitra supports HDR export formats including Adaptive HDR (HEIC), Legacy HDR (HEIC), and Ultra HDR (JPG). Available features may vary depending on the app version and device.

Why does HDR look different on some devices or in some apps?

HDR appearance depends on the display, operating system, and whether the app used to view the photo supports the selected HDR format. Some online platforms may also re-encode uploaded images, which can affect or remove HDR information.

Does Nitra upload my photos?

No. Photo processing is performed locally on your device. Nitra does not upload your photos to a server.

How do I restore my Nitra Pro purchase?

Make sure your device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase, then use “Restore Purchases” from Nitra's purchase screen.
